Delivery and returns.

At Baitcraft, we take delivery very seriously; our products must reach you in the same condition they left us. The only way we can guarantee this is to use an industry-leading carrier service. A £6.95 delivery charge is added to all orders under £100.00 (mainland UK only). Not only does this ensure prompt delivery, it gives us peace of mind knowing your items are GUARANTEED to reach you safely and undamaged. We would like to point out; this is a non-profit delivery charge.

MAINLAND UK BAIT ORDERS/DELIVERY (Please ensure you have a mobile phone number linked to your Baitcraft account):

Baitcraft work on a week-to-week schedule for all bait orders, however, we endeavour to deliver your products as soon as possible. Orders placed before midnight on a Friday will be delivered the following week. Our nominated carrier DPD will send you a SMS text message at time of dispatch, followed by a SMS test message on the morning of delivery providing a one-hour time slot during the day. You can track your delivery using the real-time map and also ask the driver to leave your package in a safe place. Simply follow the instructions on the SMS text message(s).


Depending on demand, please allow up to five working days for delivery. All products listed above are sent direct from head office. If you place an order for bait along with any of the above-mentioned products, they may arrive before your bait order. Please note, there may be a slight delay on orders received on a UK Bank Holiday or Bank Holiday period.

Damaged items.

All items dispatched by Baitcraft are always securely packed. If any parcel arrives showing external damage, it is the customer's responsibility to sign for the goods as 'damaged' and report this to us as soon as possible.

Goods not received.

If you request your goods to be left in a safe place using our courier services' delivery platforms, this must be done so at the customer's own risk, Baitcraft take no responsibility unless a recipient's signature is received.


If you are unhappy with any item we will gladly exchange the product(s), as long as they have not been used and are returned in their original condition and packaging, the goods need to be returned within 14-days after purchase date. Under these circumstances, return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible.
